Chong You Meng aka Hoan, a combatant of water transport unit, confessed that Khuon, had assigned Lim, as a art-performer of information unit to infiltrate into the Ministry of Information, in order to contact Mam and Keo, working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Furthermore, Lim's activity was to make the report to Khuon, on someone, who had said behind Khuon, being involved in killing comrade Long, a combatant of the Ministry of Information.
