Chann Chhaom aka Phan, soldier of State Garment K-9, confessed that in 1967, police officer Oeun indoctrinated him with the idea of infiltrating into the revolutionary line. Chhaom communicated with Chim and Bun to hide his forces at Porpork jungle in preparation for countering the revolution. Over there, Phan, Mao, Thoeun and Huon were the leadership of the organization.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ឆោម ហៅ ផន យុទ្ធជនកាត់ដេររដ្ឋគ-៩ បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ បានទទួលការអប់រំពីប៉ូលីស អឿន ឱ្យចូលបង្កប់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ។ ឆោម បានទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះ ជិម និង ប៊ុន ដើម្បីឱ្យនាំកម្លាំងបង្កប់ទុកនៅព្រៃពពក ត្រៀមប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ហើយអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់អង្គការនៅកន្លែងនោះមានឈ្មោះផន, ម៉ៅ, ធឿន និង ហ៊ួន។
