Net Saton aka Chet, a driver in P-310, confessed that Tha, a former soldier in Phnom Penh battlefield and recently living in Trapeang Russy village, Chey Yo sub-district and district 63, lost spririt in fighting and ran away from the field to region 42 in 1973. Later on, Tha met Pha Kheu Yeng, and then he was convinced to betray the revolution. Pha Kheu Yeng didn't tell about any other activities.
ណេត សាតុន ហៅ ចិត បើកបរឡាន ព-៣១០ បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះថាត អតីតកងទ័ពប្រយុទ្ធ នៅសមរភូមិភ្នំពេញ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះនៅភូមិត្រពាំងប្ញស្សី ឃុំជយោ ស្រុក៦៣ ថាក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ថាតរត់ពីសមរភូមិភ្នំពេញ ដោយបាត់ស្មារតីប្រយុទ្ធ ទៅតំបន់៤២វិញ។ ថា ជួបនឹង ផាខឺយ៉េងៗក្ដាប់ ថាបាន ក៏ឆក់ ឱកាសអប់រំថា ឱយក្បត់ ហើយមិនបាននិយាយពីសកម្មភាព អ្វីទៀតទេ។
