Net Thuk, Chief of Battalion 312 Office, Division 310, confessed that Proeung, secretary of Regiment, Phnom Penh Port, attended the meeting and received the treacherous plots from Chev Thun aka Mon in Tuol Kork Village to cancel the November 1975 plots to attack the party and, instead, to set a new date in August 1976. The set new strategies were to assault the party for up to 1 year, 10 years, 50 years and until the moment of our death.
នេត ធុក ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ព្រឿង លេខាវរសេនាធំ កំពង់ផែភ្នំពេញ បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ចេវ ធុន ហៅ ម៉ុន នៅភូមិទួលគក ដើម្បីរំសាយផែនការចាស់ដែលកំណត់វាយបក្សខែ១១-៧៥ ហើយ កំណត់ទិសថ្មីវាយបក្សខែ៨-៧៦វិញ។ ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទិសយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ ថ្មីគឺវាយបក្សរយៈពេល១ឆ្នាំ ១០ឆ្នាំ ៥០ឆ្នាំ រហូតស្លាប់ខ្លួន។
