Net Thuk, a Chief of Office, Battalion 312, Division 310, confessed that Ly, as a Secrtetary of Battalion 314, Division 2, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Mach, to persuade combatants to disloyal the revolutionary regime, and to investigate the Geography in order to prepare to fight the revolution in August 1976, and to induce combatants to escape from their unit. Ly, was was convinced by Chiem Choeun aka Ek, to betray the revolution. Chiem Choeun aka Ek and Mach, were arrested by the Angkar.
នេត ធុក ប្រធានមនី្ទរវរសេនាតូច៣១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ លី លេខាវរសេនាតូច៣១៤ កងពល២ បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ម៉ាច «ចាប់ហើយ» ឱ្យឃោសនាដល់ យុទ្ធជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដន៍ ស៊ើបការណ៍ភូមិសាស្ដ្រ ដើម្បីត្រៀម វាយបដិវត្ដន៍ខែសីហា-១៩៧៦ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។ លី ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ជៀម ជឿន ហៅ អែក «ចាប់ហើយ» អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។
