At night of April 7, 1978, two boats, 25 cans of gasoline, 8 cans of fuel oil, and other equipments were burnt out the fire was caused by a broken boat arriving at Kampong Cham. This problem was caused by Ang Katt and But Sa, who were in those boats and negligently lighted oil-lamps.
