The report on Pochentong Radar's circumstance mentioned that between 9.58.20 pm and 21.30.50 pm there were 6 planes to fly at an altitude of between 8 and 12-kilometer height and between 810 and 1,060-kilometer/hour speed. They flew back and forth from Vietnam to Thailand through the east of Vea island and Vai island. The report was copied for brother 89 and the documentation office.
