On May 8, 1978, in comrade Tat's target at Ponplea bridge and targets situated in the east of Kampong Rorkar and the north of Veal Damrei Sy at point 753, 5 enemies were killed, specially 2 of them were major generals, and 5 guns and 1 Jeep car were seized. Comrade Vann's target in O Pha-av was successfully liberated, After the fighting, most enemies were defeated, 50 others were killed and wounded, and 1 B-40, 1 AK-47 rifle, 30 B-40 bullets, 30 B-41 bullets, and 100 grenades were seized.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៨-៥-១៩៧៨ នៅមុខព្រួញ ស.ម តាត នៅស្ពានពព្លា ខាងកើតកំពង់រកា និងខាងជើងវាលដំរីស៊ី ត្រង់ចំណុច ៧៥៣ យើងកំទេចខ្មាំងបាន ៥ក្បាលមានពាក់ផ្កាយ២ ពីរនាក់យកអាវុធបាន ៥ដើម និងរថយន្ដហ្ស៊ីប ១គ្រឿង។ ចំណែកនៅមុខព្រួញស.ម រ៉ាន់ នៅអូរផ្អាវ យើងវាយរំដោះបានទាំងស្រុងដោយ កំទេចខ្មាំងឱ្យបាក់ ទ័ពរត់ខ្ចាត់ខ្ចាយអស់ ហើយរឹបអូសកាំភ្លើង បេ៤០ ១ដើម អាកា ១ដើម គ្រាប់បេ៤០ ចំនួន៣០គ្រាប់ គ្រាប់បេ៤១ ចំនួន៣០គ្រាប់ គ្រាប់បែកដៃ ១០០គ្រាប់ និងខ្មាំងងាប់និងរបួសប្រហែល ៥០ក្បាល។
