Keo Huon, train worker, confessed that on August 12, 1976 Vann Sam Aun, chief of railroad constructing section, received plan from Nop Khoeun to increase hidden forces in factory and rural stations, and to destroy train factory.
កែវ ហួន កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ សំអុន ប្រធានផ្នែកធ្វើផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លងគីរីរម្យ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃឿន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់កុ្នងរោងចក្រ ពង្រីកកម្លាំងតាមស្ថានីយ៍ជនបទ និងកំទេចរោងចក្ររទេះភើ្លងនៅថ្ងៃទី១២-៨-១៩៧៦។
