The document mentioned about the activities of unknown person, who had contacted American people. In 1971, this person was assigned to work as a informant of CIA agent. In 1974, this person used to train the political war in Taiwan. Atfer the liberation, this person escaped to live in Laos through Vietnam. After that, this person was sent to live in Hay Lang camp in Khvang Try province, Vietman by Laotian authority.
ឯកសារនេះនិយាយពីសកម្មភាពរបស់មនុស្សម្នាក់មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ«នៅក្នុងឯកសារមិនមានឈ្មោះ»ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយជនជាតិ អាមេរិកកាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ជននេះបានធ្វើជាអ្នកផ្ដល់ព៌តមានឱ្យភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអារបស់អាមេរិក។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ធ្លាប់ទៅរៀន សង្គ្រាមនយោបាយនៅ តៃវ៉ាន់។ ក្រោយរំដោះបានរត់ភៀសខ្លួន ទៅនៅលាវ កាត់តាមវៀតណាម។ ក្រោយមកក៍ត្រូវអាជ្ញាធរ លាវ បញ្ជូនមកវៀតណាម ហើយទៅរស់នៅ ជំរុំហាយឡាង ខេត្ដក្វាងទ្រី វៀតណាម។
