[This was] the document of negotiation between Vietnam and Kampuchea about the acts which had been done by both sides in the past. Vietnamese side accused Kampuchea of invading their country and killing more than 1000 of their people. On the other hand, Kampuchea accused Vietnam of invading her territory as well. Observing the meeting, we saw that Vietnam excused to escape from the matter. Moreover, Vietnam didn't talk about borderline and Koh Trall. Before separating, Vietnam said that they would examine this matter again and reply latter.
ឯកសារចរចាគ្នា រវាងកម្ពុជា, វៀតណាម អំពីសកម្មភាពដែលភាគី សងខាងបានប្រព្រឹត្ដិកន្លងទៅ។ ខាងភាគីវៀតណាមបានចោទប្រកាន់ ថា កម្ពុជាបានចូលឈ្លានពានប្រទេសគេ ហើយសម្លាប់ប្រជាជនជាង ១០០០នាក់ជាដើម ឯភាគីកម្ពុជាបានចោទប្រកាន់ថា៖ វៀតណាម ឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជាដែរ។ ពិនិត្យក្នុងពេលជួបគ្នានេះភាគីវៀតណាម ស្ថិតក្នុងសភាពប្រកែកដើម្បីដោះកុន។ ចំពោះខ្សែបន្ទាត់បេ្រវីយេ ឬ កោះត្រល់ គេមិននិយាយដល់ទេ មុនពេលបែកគ្នាគេនិយាយថា គេ និងពិនិត្យរឿងនេះថែមទៀត ហើយគេឆ្លើយតបយើងនៅពេលក្រោយ។
