Koh Lay, train worker, confessed that Chheang was a former train worker of Train Unit. In July 1975, Chheang was indoctrinated to betray the Party, and then, he received the plots from Mean to kill soldiers, cadres who worked at Train Unit and to destroy train, railway and train factory. Chheang's daily activity was that to denounce the Party line as foodstuff, dresses and works.
កោះ ឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង បានសារភាពថា ឈាង ជាកម្មករ ចាស់នៅអង្គភាពរទេះភ្លើង។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ មានការអប់រំ ឈាង អោយក្បត់បក្សបន្ទាប់មក ឈាងទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ មាន អោយកំទេចកម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ធជនយកអាវុធ កំទេចក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីន រទេះភ្លើង កំទេចផ្លូវដែក និងរោងចក្ររទេះភ្លើង។ ឯសកម្មភាពប្រចាំ ថ្ងៃរបស់ ឈាង គឺឃោសនាវាយមាគ៌ាបក្សអំពីបញ្ហាស៊ីចុក ស្លៀកពាក់ និងការងារ។
