Letter of office M-870 sent to all units and cooperatives in the country. The meaning of the letter was to order people in units and cooperative to practice two songs, national song and international song, in order to sing at the 18th anniversary of Communist Party of Kampuchea's birthday.
លិខិតរបស់ ម ៨៧០ ជំរាបជូនបណ្ដាអង្គភាពសហករណ៍ទូទាំង ប្រទេសរៀនសូត្រចំរៀងទាំងពីរនេះ គឺចំរៀងជាតិ និង អន្ដរជាតិ ដើម្បីត្រៀមក្នុងឧិកាសពិធីបុណ្យខួបទី១៨ កំណើតបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជាយើង។
