Ke Thao aka Nang, Chief of Medicine-producing Technique, Unit 310, confessed that Ran, Deputy Chief of P-31 Group, Division 310, attended the meeting and received Than's plans to prepare forces to launch an attack and to take the responsibility for each target in September 1976.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសស្លថ្នាំ អង្គភាព ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ រ៉ន អនុក្រុម ព-៣១ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូល រួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីថន ឱ្យប្រកាស់ចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងដឹកនាំ ត្រៀមផ្ទុះអាវុធនិងចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងទទួលខុសត្រូវតាមមុខសញ្ញានិមួយៗកាលពីខែ៩-១៩៧៦។
