Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, admitted that Chhay, deputy chief of division 117 hospital group, was persuaded to work as a traitorous network by Chy, chief of Northern zone medical specialists. In 1975, Chy prepared to nominate Chhay as a member of the Cambodian Labor Party. After that time, Ke Thao aka Nang sent Chhay to Dim, chief of tanks division 117 in order to indoctrinate him with the traitorous ideology of the Cambodian Labor Party.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះជី ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសពេទ្យភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ឈ្មោះឆាយ អនុក្រុមពេទ្យ កងពល ១១៧ គឺវាជាអ្នកកសាងបាន។ ជឺ ត្រៀមបញ្ចូល ឆាយ ជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករកម្ពុជានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥។ ក្រោយមកខ្លួនបាននាំ ឆាយឱ្យ ឌឹមប្រធានយន្ដយុទ្ធ កងពល១១៧ បំពាក់នយោបាយក្បត់របស់បក្សពលករបន្ថែមទៀត។
