Hao Seng confessed that in June, 1976 Ta Khlaut was introduced to join the CIA by Sou San, former clerk of sub-district 6. After April 17, 1975 Khlaut worked in textile factory T-4 and incited workers by saying that the Angkar provided us insufficient food to eat, but forcing to work as cattles.
ហោ សេង បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ តាក្លូត ចូលសេអ៊ីអា តាមរយៈ ស៊ូ សន ជាអតីតស្មៀនសង្កាត់លេខ៦ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ តាក្លូត ធ្វើការនៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ ហើយបានបំផុសកម្មករ ថាអង្គការឱ្យស៊ីតិច តែឱ្យធើ្វការដូចគោ ក្របី។
