Thaong Marady, worker of Phnom Penh train unit, confessed that Chhann Chhim, former commissioner of political affairs, wagons painting unit in Eastern zone, was appointed as a traitorous leader carrying out activities against the Party by Kok Phirun. In 1976, Chhan Chhim received an order from Chhann Chheun to expand Free Khmer forces.
ថោង ម៉ារឌី កម្មកររទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញបានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះឆាន់ ឈឹម ស្នងការនយោបាយផ្នែកលាបទូររទេះភើ្លង ជាកងទ័ពមកពីបូព៌ា ជាមេក្បត់បក្សតាមរយៈ កុក ភិរុណ។ ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបាន ទទួលការអប់រំណែនាំពី ឆាន់ ឈឺន ឱ្យធ្វើការបំផុសជំរុញកសាង កម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី។
