Thai Si Tha was a former worker of Sin Heng's Textile Factory. He joined CIA in 1974. After 17 April 1975, he linked with Net Sophal's network. Moreover, he provoked conflict in the factory and joinly destroyed 5 weaver's shuttles and 1 motor.
ថៃ ស៊ីថា វាជាអតីតកម្មកររោងចក្រតំបាញ ស៊ីន ហេង វាចូល សេអ៊ីអា ១៩៧៤ ក្រោយ ១៧មេសា ១៩៧៥ វាបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ រយៈជាមួយ «នេត សុផល» បំផុសអោយមានទំនាស់ក្នុងរោងចក្រ រួមបំផ្លាញត្រល់អស់ ៥ និងម៉ូទ័រ ១។
