Chem Vann aka Phin, soldier of P-98 Unit, confessed that Ron, soldier of Economic Unit P-31. In August 1975, he and Ron received plots from Nut, Chief of Economic Unit. The plots were to adopt the free stance toward drinking and medicine stealing. Ron's practical activities were that he stole milk flour and sugar from the economic unit.
ចែម វ៉ាន់ ហៅ ភិន យុទ្ធជននៅអង្គភាពព-៩៨ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រ៉ុន យុទ្ធជនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអង្គភាពព-៣១ថាៈ កាលពីខែ៨-៧៥ រ៉ុន បាន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីនុត ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាមួយគ្នា។ ផែនការ ដែលទទួលពីនុត គឺដើរស៊ីផឹកសេរី លួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ។ សកម្មភាព ជាក់ស្ដែង រ៉ុនបានលួចម្សៅទឹកដោះគោ ស្ករស របស់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ជាច្រើន។
