The report was sent to brother Duch on the nine-interrogating measure concerning with the confession of Pen San aka Ya. On September 25, 1976 Pon accepted an assignment from the Angkar to torture prisoners, such as beating with 20 times of small rattan whip in the morning and approximately 20 to 30 times of 3-electric-wire-made whip in the afternoon.
លិខិតរបស់ ប៉ុន ជូនបង ឌុច អំពីចម្លើយសារភាព«លេខ ប្រាំបួន»ប៉ែន សាន ហៅ យ៉ា។ ថ្ងៃ២៥-៩-១៩៧៦ ប៉ុន បានទទួល ការណែនាំពីអង្គការឱ្យធ្វើទារុណកម្ម។ ពេលព្រឹកវាយ ប្រហែល ២០ រំពាត់ផ្ដៅតូច ពេលល្ងាចធ្វើទារុណកម្មប្រហែល ពី២០ទៅ ៣០ រំពាត់ខ្សែភើ្លងវិញបីធ្លុង។
