Chuon Vuon aka Cheat, technical chief of Russey Keo's gasoline section, confessed that Thoeun, commander of platoon in Russey Keo's gasoline in driving department, was a supper traitor of Meun Morn in gasoline land transportation in Russey Keo. Thoeun usually had drinks with Meun, chief of land transportation in Russey Keo. Meun inculcated Thoeun to betray, which Kim Sing aka Lorn in energy section introduced to convince Thoeun to commit traitorous acts.
