Chu Chay aka Chev, member of company in division 310, confessed that Tha betrayed the party through Yeng's introduction. In September 1975, Tha and his partisans joinly stold early rice to hide at Ta Maok jungle in order to fight the party in the future.
ជុ ចយ ហៅ ចេវ សមាជិកអនុសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០បាននិយាយ ថាឈ្មោះថា បានក្បត់បក្សព្រោះ យ៉េងជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ នៅថ្ងៃ១១-១៩៧៥ ថា និងបក្សពួកបានចូលរួមលួចស្រូវស្រាលយកទៅលាក់ នៅព្រៃតាមោក ត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅពេលខាងមុខ។
