Chin Thol, Deputy Chief of Battalion 234, Division 290, confessed that on March 17, 1971, Ta Changkaum, secretary of Prey Veng District, convened a meeting with traitors and proposed plots to run counter to forces admitted into members of the National United Front of Kampuchean Communist to burrow insight into the Kampuchean Revolutionary Army. In 1975, Nhem Sam Ngatt said Ta Changkaum received Ly Samrit's plots.
ជិន ថុល អនុវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាពថា នៅថ្ងៃទី១៧-៣-៧១ តាចង្កូម លេខាស្រុកព្រៃវែងបាន ដឹកនាំប្រជុំ ពួកក្បត់លើកផែនការ ប្រឆាំងកម្លាំងបញ្ចូលជាសមាជិកបក្ស កុម្មុយនិស្ដ រួបរួមជាតិកម្ពុជាដើម្បីបង្កប់ស៊ីរូងក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ កម្ពុជា។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ញ៉ែម សំងាត់ បាននិយាយថា តាចង្កូមបាន ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ លី សំរិត។
