Chin Thol, deputy chief of battalion 234, division 290, confessed that in 1974, he and Chum had the meeting and received the secret plan from Nhem to assign hidden networks to infiltrate into cooperative in order to have conflict with chief of cooperative, and to convince the people to hate cooperative and revolt against the revolution. On March 10, 1976 Chin Thol and Chum joined the meeting and received the strategic target of fighting the revolution from Yin, chief of division 290. The fighting would be started from Southern part of the country.
ជិន ថុល អនុវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្លួននិង ជុំបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការសម្ងាត់ពី ញ៉ែម ឱ្យចាត់តាំងបក្សពួកបង្កប់ស៊ីរូងក្នុងសហករណ៍ដើម្បីកកូកកាយ រករឿងប្រធានសហករណ៍ និងប្រមូលប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់សហករណ៍ ប្រឆាំងនិងមាគ៌ាបដិវត្ដ។ ថ្ងៃទី១០-៣-១៩៧៦ ជិន ថុល និង ជុំ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលមុខសញ្ញាវាយបដិវត្ដពីឈ្មោះយិន ប្រធានយោធាកងពល ២៩០ វាយពីខាងត្បូង។
