The confession of Kuy Chhenglay, worker of train unit, mentioned that in 1976, Uk Lay, steam engine technician, was convinced to betray the revolution by Norng Moeun. During April, June, and August 1976, Uk Lay was assigned to stage a demonstration in Phnom Penh. If the demonstration had not been successful, it would be staged in December.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ គុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររថភើ្លង បានសារភាព ពី អ៊ុក ឡាយ ជាងឡើងបង្គងយន្ដចំហាយ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ក្បត់បដិវត្ដដោយ នង មឿន អូសទាញ ហើយបានទទួលផែនការណ៍ ធ្វើបាតុកម្មនៅភំ្នពេញខែ៤, ៦, ៨ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បើមិនសំរេច លើកធ្វើនៅខែ១២ទៀត។
