Chann Roeun aka Phy, member of Chraing Chamreh animals raising unit admitted that Soeng living in O Taseng village, Taprok sub-district, Chamkar Leu district was introduced to join the CIA by Chen Sat. He was in charge of mobilizing networks and preparing plan to destroy the revolutionary office and warehouses.
