Chea Hoeung, a teacher evacuated to Baray in Kampong Tom, confessed that Thaung Leak met Chea Hoeung and Mut Sat on 17 April 1978. They said something bad about the revolution and connected with their partisans at work sites. They also issued letters which informed chief of cooperative and partisans to destroy cooperative crops, desrtroy hoes, scatter leaflet at every farming site and examine the meaning of the leaflet with Ngov Va. In region 42, Baray district, there were 12 people who were implicated in the enemy's confession.
ជា ហឿង ជាសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ ជំលៀសទៅបារាយណ៍ កពង់ធំឆ្លើយថា ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៨ ថោង លាក់ បានជួបជា ហឿង និងមុត សាត និយាយយវាយប្រហារបដិវត្ដដើរទាក់ទងប្រមូលបក្សពួកតាម ការដ្ឋាន។ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបោះសំបុត្រអោយប្រធានសហករណ៍ ជួបបក្សពួកវា កំទេចដំណាំសហករណ៍ កំទេចបដា បាចត្រាក់តាម ការដ្ឋានស្ទូងស្រូវ ពិនិត្យខ្លឹមសារត្រាក់ជាមួយង៉ូវ វ៉ា។ មនុស្ស នៅតំបន់ ៤២ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ដែលជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយខ្មាំង«ជាប្រជាជន»មាន ១២នាក់ ។
