Vietnamese did not dare to infiltrate into our territory; however, they fired shells into our land. On January 5, they secretly entered and stole chickens, ducks, and dogs and also seized children's rice to eat. On January 8 and 9, 6 Vietnamese equipped with 2 AK-47 rifles also entered into Trapeang Veng, Koh Peak and Veun Sai military office, but they didn't do anything. We took actions to assign [our forces] to sweep up these Vietnamese and to find out them by preparing spikes in potato's fields and along the border. This report was copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brother Vann, brother Vorn, brother Khieu and documenting office.
ពួកយួនមិនហ៊ានអើតក្បាលចូលមកក្នុងទឹកដីយើងទេ តែវាបានបាញ់ ផ្ដក់គ្រាប់កាំភ្លើង។ នៅថ្ងៃទី ៥ ខែមករា យួនបានចូលលួចជ្រូក, មាន់ ទា, ឆ្កែ និង ដណ្ដើមបាយកូនកេ្មងស៊ី។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៨-៩ ខែមករា មានយួន៦នាក់ កាន់កាំភ្លើងអាកា២ដើម ចូលត្រពាំងវែង, កោះពាក មន្ទីរយោធាភូមិវឺនសៃ ប៉ុន្ដែមិនបានធ្វើសសម្មភាពទេ។ វិធានការ ណែនាំបោសសម្អាត ផ្ទៃក្នុងចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងរកយួនរៀបចំចំរូងតាម ចំការដំឡូង និង តាមព្រំដែន។ បានចម្លង ជូនអ៊ុំ នួន បង វ៉ាន់, បង វន, បង ខៀវ និង មន្ទីរឯកសារ។
