From 2:05 to 17:47, 7 heavy airplanes had flown in the attitude of 8 to 13.5 kilometers per hour height and 600 to 980 kilometers per hour speed, from Vietnam to Thailand, and from Thailand to Vietnam across Koh Vea and Koh Vai islands. This report had been copied and sent to brother 89 and the documentation center.
