បញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះមនុស្សនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរដែលជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយខ្មាំងចំនួន ១២ នាក់។ តាមចម្លើយរបស់សុខ ហុន កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សោម វ៉ាន់ និង គិន ក្បត់ព្រោះខ្លួនបាន អប់រំឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដ និងបង្ករ ទំនាស់ជាមួយសហករណ៍។
