Seang Sim alias Roeun, male, there is no interview. According to his biography, Roeun was born on June 05, 1941 at Kra Lav village, Ampil commune, Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham province. Ieng Sieng is the name of Roeun៌s father, and Tum Seng is the name of Roeun៌s mother. He volunteered to join KR revolution on May 24, 1970. Chap introduced Roeun to join the revolution. Roeun was Chief of brigade in KR regime.
