Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that Sut Vibol was a person who was indoctrinated by him. He and Vibol carried out the act of exploding grenade in logistic office caused 2 people injured, secretly shooting at 2 village chiefs of Prey Khnes sub-district and planting mines 2 times at Svay Antor road in order to destroy trucks transported materials. After that the two received the plot from Penh, chief of regiment, to disrupt the fight of the revolutionary Angkar by causing guns to block and more soldiers to injure and die.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ស៊ុត វិបុល ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនបានកសាង។ ខ្លួន និង វិបុល បាន ធើ្វសកម្មភាពបោកគ្រាប់បែកដាក់មន្ទីរភស្ដុភារ ធ្វើអោយរបួស ២នាក់ លួចបាញ់ប្រធានភូមិ២នាក់ក្នុងស្កាត់ព្រៃឃេ្នស ដាក់មីន បំផ្លាញឡានដឹកជញ្ជូនសម្ភារៈ២លើកតាមផ្លូវស្វាយអន្ទរ។ ក្រោយមក ពីរនាក់នេះបានទទួលផែនការពី ពេញ ប្រធានវរសេនាធំ អោយបង្អាក់ការប្រយុទ្ធផ្ដាច់ព្រ័ត្ររបស់អង្គការបដិវត្ដដោយធើ្វ អោយស្ទះកាំភ្លើង និងដឹកនាំប្រយុទ្ធអោយមានរបួស និងស្លាប់ច្រើន។
