Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that in 1972 Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told Thun that Moeng Chhoeng was a hidden forces in region 24. Thun and Chhoeng received the plot from Chhouk to strengthen the hidden forces in the regional army and the local base of the revolutionary line, to destroy the former party that was a revolutionary force, to burn down rice grange of region 24 in Kampong Trabek district through the order of Chum Vat, and to kill 4 buffaloes at the cooperative of Prasat sub-district.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា មុឹង ឆឹង ជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់ក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់តំបន់២៤។ ធន់ និង ឆឹង បានទទួលផែនការពី ឈូក អោយពង្រឹងខ្សែបង្កប់ក្នុងទ័ពតំបន់ និងមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ ពង្រិចពង្រិលបក្សចាស់ដែលជាកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ ដុតបំផ្លាញជង្រុកស្រូវតំបន់២៤នៅស្រុកកំពង់ត្របែក តាមការ ចាត់តាំងរបស់ ជុំ វ៉ាត ហើយបានបាញ់ក្របី៤ក្បាលចោល នៅសហករណ៍ឃុំប្រាសាទ។
