Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that Hin Choeun was a person who was indoctrinated by him to betray the party. After that he and Choeun received the plot from Norng Saman to prepare to shoot at cadre, to continue to provoke military forces and people into having conflict. In 1976, Choeun received the plot from Thoeun, chief of battalion, division 290, to collect the remaining traitorous forces and made an appointment date to go to Vietnam in February 1977 in order to increase soldiers to fight back back the revolution.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ហ៊ិន ជឿន ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនកងសាងអោយក្បត់។ ក្រោយមកខ្លួន និង ជឿន បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី នង សាមាន អោយត្រៀមបាញ់ កម្មាភិបាល បន្ដឃោសនាបង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងជួរទ័ព និងប្រជាជន។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ជឿន បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ធឿន ប្រធានកង វរសេនាតូច កងពល២៩០ អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ដែលសេសសល់ រត់ទៅយួនដើម្បីបង្កជាទ័ពវាយបកមកបដិវត្ដវិញ ដោយកំណត់ ពេលរត់ខែ២-១៩៧៧។
