Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big cell, division 290, confessed that Yem was a person who was indoctrinated by him to betray. In 1976, he and Yem received the plot from Norng Saman to secretly kill revolutionary cadre and to provoke conflict in revolutionary line. After that the two received the plot from Choeun to gather the remaining forces and made an appointment date to go to Vietnam in February 1977 in order to increase military forces to fight back the revolution.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា យ៉ែម ជាមនុស្សរបស់ខ្លួនកសាងអោយក្បត់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង ឡាច ឃន បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី នង សាមាន អោយត្រៀមបាញ់ កម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដ ឃោសនាបង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក ពីរនាក់នេះ បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ជឿន អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំង សេសសល់រត់ទៅយួនដើម្បីបង្កកម្លាំងទ័ពវាយបកមកបដិវត្ដ ដោយកំណត់ថ្ងៃរត់នៅខែ២-១៩៧៧។
