Ou Phon used to serve in enemy group after an event on 18 March. Then, he escaped from the group because of being too difficult to bear. After that he served in National Armed Forces as a combatant and he was trained in military strategy in Loung Veng. He was arrested by national soldiers while he was talking with enemies about providing them wiht ammunition. He confessed that Magor Oum Samout was the one who supplied them with ammunition. He was just the one ordered by Oum Samout.
អ៊ូ ផុន ធ្លាប់បានចូលបម្រើឱ្យខ្មាំងកាលពីព្រឹតិ្ដការណ៍១៨ មីនា កើត ឡើង ហើយដោយមានការលំបាករួចក៏រត់គេចខ្លួនមកធ្វើស្រែវិញ។ តែក្រោយមកឈ្មោះនេះក៏បានចូលបម្រើកងទ័ពជាតិមាន ឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនហើយក៏ត្រូវហ្វឹកហាត់នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលលង្វែង។ ជន នេះត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងទ័ពដាក់ចេញប្រតិបត្ដិត្រៀមចាំ ក្នុងពេលដែលសាម៉ីជន ជួបពួកខ្មាំងនិយាយអំពីការផ្ដល់គ្រាប់រំសេវឱ្យពួកវាទៀត។ នៅក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពសាមុីជនបានរៀបរាប់ថាៈ មានឈ្មោះ វរសេននីយត្រីអ៊ុំ សាមុត គឺជាអ្នកផ្ដល់គ្រាប់រំសេវឱ្យពួកខ្មាំងកុម្មុយនីស្ដ ចំណែកខ្លួនពុំបានដឹងអ្វីទេ ពីព្រោះខ្លួនជា អ្នកនៅក្រោម បង្គាប់របស់គេទេ។
