Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in company, division 170, confessed that in 1972 Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told him Samuoy was a traitorous network hidden in division 170. After the liberation day, Thun and Thai carried out plans to convince new people at Baphnom district to break irrigation system at Sne and Po Borei, Koh Chey district, to cause problem against the cooperation, and to persuade medical staffs not to take care of people's health.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ថៃ ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់បង្កប់នៅក្នុងកងពល១៧០។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ខ្លួន និង ថៃ បានធើ្វសកម្មភាពបំផុសប្រជាជនថ្មីនៅស្រុកបាភ្នំ អោយកាប់ បំផ្លាញប្រព័ន្ធចាត់ចែងទឹកនៅសេ្ន និងអោយប្រឆាំង នឹងសហករណ៍, លួចកាប់ទំលាយទំនប់ពោបូរីក្នុងស្រុកកោះជ័យ និងបំផុសកុំអោយ ពេទ្យយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ការពារសុខភាពប្រជាជន។
