attended the first-plan meeting of the Khmer Serei in monk's dwelling ៈ12, Langka Temple, Phnom Penh. The alleged subject of the meeting were plans to infiltrate the Communist Party of Kampuchea so that they could take over it later. The order allegedly came from Khiev Chum, 196410?? or 196411?? (Chakrei's confession, pp. 69-71) ~ met with Chhouk at Ta Nel's house in Snay Bak or Snay Daoch Village, Ponhea Leang Subdistrict, Preah Sdech District, Region 24, to discuss the second plan of the Khmer Serei. This plan allegedly came from the CIA in Phnom Penh, from In Tam, 196804?? (Chakrei's confession, pp. 71-72) ~ attended a meeting at Chhit's house in Archa'em Village, Ponhea Leang Subdistrict, Preah Sdech District, Region 24. This meeting was allegedly the third plan of the Khmer Serei to strengthen their connections within the country and with the USA and Vietnam. The plan allegedly came from the CIA in Phnom Penh, 196910?? 0r 196911?? (Chakrei's confession, pp. 73-74) ~ attended a meeting of the Khmer Serei at Khut Khun's house in Prasat Subdistrict, Peamchor District, Region 24. This was allegedly the fourth meeting of the Khmer Serei to discuss the immediate plans. These plans were allegedly the idea of the CIA and the Vietnamese, 197003?? (Chakrei's confession, pp.74-77) ~ attended a meeting of the Khmer Serei at Li Pen's office in Pratheat Subdistrict, O Reang Auv District, Region 22. This was allegedly the fifth meeting of the Khmer Serei to build up their connections. The plans were allegedly mainly from the CIA, but some were from Vietnam, 197207?? or 197208??
