Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in company, division 170, confessed that in 1972 Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told him[Thun]that Thai was a hidden force in division 170. After the liberation day, Thun conspired with Thai to carry out plan to convince new people at Baphnom district to destroy irrigation system at Sne, to provoke conflict in cooperation, to convince people to break the dam at Po Borei, Koh Chey district, and to persuade Rea Thor sub-district medical staffs not to take care of people's health.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក លេខាតំបន់២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ថៃ ជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅក្នុងកងពល១៧០។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ខ្លួននិងថៃបាន ធើ្វសកម្មភាពបំផុសប្រជាជនថ្មីស្រុកបាភ្នំអោយកាប់បំផ្លាញប្រព័ន្ធ ចាត់ចែងទឹកនៅសេ្ន និងអោយទំនាស់និងសហករណ៍ បំផុសប្រជាជន អោយលួចកាប់ទំលាយទំនប់ទឹកពោបូរីក្នុងស្រុកកោះជ័យ និងបំផុស ពេទ្យឃុំរាធរកុំអោយយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ការពារសុខភាពប្រជាជន។
