Lach Khorn aka Thun, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that in 1972 Chhouk, secretary of region 24, told him that Kim San was a hidden force in division 170. Thun conspired with Sot to carry out activities to convince soldiers to flee back to eastern zone, to persuade new people at Koh Chey district to burn down handicraft office of Baphnom district and to have sexual misconduct with women and later smashed them out.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈូក ខេលាតំបន់២៤ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា គីម សាន ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែកងពល១៧០។ ខ្លួន និង គីម សាន បានធើ្វសកម្មភាពបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់មកភូមិភាគបូព៌ាវិញ បំផុសចលនាប្រជាជនថ្មីនៅស្រុកកោះជ័យ អោយដុតបំផ្លាញចោល សិប្បកម្មស្រុកបាភ្នំ ខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយនារី ហើយបាញ់ សម្លាប់ចោល។
