Summary / Abstract :

The Cambodia Genocide Programme is funded by the US State Department and run by Yale University. It came into being after president Clinton signe into law the Cambodia Genocide Justice act of 1994 with states that it is "The policy of the United States to support efforts to bring to justice members of the Khmer Rouge for their crimes againt humanity in Cambodia between April 17, 1975 and January 7, 1979".
