Kim Sut confessed that Latt, male, 50, member of logistics of division 170, attended the 5 hours- secret meeting with Chakrei on Chakrei's house in Chbar Ampeou. Messengers and soldiers protected the meeting. In March 1976, Chakrei assigned Latt to serve as member of division 170. Latt contacted Chakrei in order to have meeting.
គឹម ស៊ុត បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡាត់ ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៥០ ឆ្នាំ សមាជិក ភស្ដុភារកងពល ១៧០ បានប្រជុំជាមួយ ចក្រី ជាសម្ងាត់ នៅផ្ទះចក្រីនៅច្បារអំពៅអស់រយៈពេល ៥ ម៉ោង។ ពេលប្រជុំមាននិរសាយាមការពា។ នៅខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ចក្រីបាន ចាត់តាំងឡាត់ អោយឡើងជាសមាជិកកងពល ១៧០។ ឡាត់ និងចក្រីបានទាក់ទងគ្នាប្រជុំជាញឹកញាប់។
