Twenty-five years ago this month, the Khmer Rouge army enterd Phnom Penh, the ceyoital of Cambodia. Thus began a genocide regime which killed, starved or worked to death 1.7 million of 8 million Cambodians before it was overthrown by Hanoi's troops in 1979. For the next twenty years, Pol Pot, of the worst mass murders of the twentieth century, envade justice. Two years ago he died in his sleep.
