After interviewing two siblings of Pol Pot earlier this weeks, a resercher of the brutalities of the 1975-1979 Khmer Rouge regime has cost doubt on the reported age of the guerrilla group's supreme leader. Scholars and journalists have determined that Saloth Sar, who later look Pol Pot as a revolute ary name, was born in Prek Sbavv village of Kompong Thom province in May 1928, making him 69 years old.
