Kim Ling aka Lun, working at oil energy unit, confessed that Kim Nhem aka Veng, commander of state warehouse platoon, was a sibling of Lun. In April 1973, Lun indoctrinated Kim Nhem aka Veng to betray the party. In May 1975, Lun assigned Nhem to lead the demonstration to revolt against the party in November 1976.
គឹម លឹង ហៅ លន់ នៅថាមពលបេ្រង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ គឹម ញ៉ែម ហៅ វ៉ែង បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាតូចឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋថាៈ ញ៉ែមត្រូវជាបងប្អូន របស់ លន់ ហើយបានអប់រំអោយក្បត់បក្ស កាលពីខែ៤-១៩៧៣។ នៅខែ ៥-១៩៧៥ លន់ ដាក់ផែនការអោយ ញ៉ែម ដឹកនាំបាតុកម្ម ប្រឆាំងបក្ស នៅខែ១១-១៩៧៦។
