Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Uong Chhuong Heung [allegedly]was a student in 1967. [Heung]served for the CIA, and spread propaganda in favor of America and built up CIA forces among students. In 1970, [Heung]joined the re volution, and started to conduct action against the revolution. [Heung]then people to join military service in Phnom Penh and reported to Lon Nol's planes to drop bombs. In 1973, [Heung]propagandized among people to support and supply Vietnamese soldiers but made people scared of the Vietnam war. During 1975-77, [Heung]was a committee member in the Ministry of Energy. Then [Uong Chhuonh Heung]star ted conducting betrayal until arrested.
