Koy Thuon aka Khuon aka Thuch, the revolutionary name, aged 48, was a former minister of Commerce Ministry in 1975. In 1974, Khuon was a secretary of northern zone. At 6 or 7 in the early morning, Khuon always went to convince Ly, Huor and At at Kilometer 6 warehouse. Khuon gave two watches to Huor and At. After that, the 3 agreed to serve as Khuon's front movement. Khuon was withdrawn position in 1976. Khuon like to wear new dresses and to eat delicious foods. Khuon also had sexual misconduct with a lot of women; moreover, he killed a messenger by shooting because he respected the messenger had known his story.
កុយ ធួន ហៅ ឃួន ឈ្មោះបដិវត្ដ ធុច អាយុ ៤៨ ឆ្នាំ អតីតៈជារដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ លេខាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ, ឃួន តែងតែទៅឃ្លាំងគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ ម៉ោង ៦,៧ ព្រឹកជួប លី, ហូរ, អាត ហើយបានអប់រំអ្នកទាំង ៣ ជានិច្ច ព្រមទាំងបានឱ្យនាឡិកាដៃម៉ាកសីកូទៅ ហូ ចំនួន ១ និង អាត ១។ បន្ទាប់មកអ្នកទាំង ៣ បានយល់ព្រមចូលបំរើចលនា រណសិរ្សរបស់ឃួន។ ឃួន ត្រូវបានដកតួនាទីនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ ឃួន ចូលចិត្ដស្លៀកពាក់ហឺហា ស៊ីចុកឆ្ងាញ់ ខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយនារី ជាច្រើននាក់ បានបាញ់និរសាម្នាក់ស្លាប់ ដោសានិរសានោះ ដឹងរឿងរបស់ខ្លួនច្រើនពេក។
