Kuy Chheng Lay, train worker, confessed that Tol Chin, mechanic of steam engines of train, attended the meeting and received Norng Moeung's plots to attack the party in April, June, August and December 1976. In November 1976, Tol Chin destroyed steam machine no. 402 while it was used to funnel out steam water. Tol Chin convinced workers to get ready for an attack when there was an incoming forces.
គុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះតុល ជិន ជាងចំពួយបើកបរយន្ដចំហាយរទេះភ្លើងថាៈ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៤, ៦, ៨ និងខែ១២-៧៦ ពីនង មឿន។ ខែ១១-៧៦ តុល ជិន បំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនចំហាយលេខ៤០២ពេលកំពុង ឆេះបង្ហូរទឹកចំហាយចេញ។ តុល ជិន ឃោសនាឱ្យកម្មករត្រៀមខ្លួន វាយបដិវត្ដពេលណាមានចលនាកងទ័ពវាយមកពីក្រោយ។
