Kuy Chheang Lay, train worker, confessed that Nhem Nul, lathe worker, received Norng Moeung's indoctrination with treason. In April 1976, Nhem Nul prompted him not to teach new workers techniques. Nul attended the meeting and received Norng Moeun's plots to attack on the party in April, June, August and December 1976. Nhem Nul convinced workers to hate the party.
គុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះញ៉ែម នុល ជាងក្រឡឹងថាៈ បានទទួលការអប់រំពីនង មឿន ឱ្យក្បត់។ នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ញ៉ែម នុល បពោ្ចះខ្លួនកុំឱ្យបង្រៀនបចេ្ចកទេសដល់ កម្មករថ្មី។ នុល ធ្លាប់ចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការវាយបក្សខែ៤, ៦, ៨ និង ខែ១២-៧៦ ពីនង មឿន។ ញ៉ែម នុល ឃោសនាឱ្យកម្មករ ស្អប់បក្ស។
