Summary / Abstract :

After the Khmer Rouge took power on April 17, 1975, there were reports that the regime had executed people with different ideologies. Its oppressive policy had led to an uprising by the Cham Muslim in Kampong Cham in October. The Khmer Rouge sent troop to suppress the rebel, in which more than 70 people were killed and 40 others were later executed.
